This 10MPS, which is what I paid for, only lasted 3 days before it went back to the same old shit.

This is a document that I wrote 11 months ago proving my connection speed was 15MPS as you can see mine was 12.79MPS.

I run network connection tests hourly and rarely do I ever get what I'm paying for, which is supposed to be 15mps, but they changed it to 10mps without my consent and they somehow know nothing.

So I pay Verizon $50 a month for 15mps that they changed to 10mps internet without my consent, and this is what I get on a consistent basis. .3mps .2mps... 2 tenths of a megabyte? Thats 1/50 what I pay for. So should I only have to pay verizon $1 a month?? I'm getting robbed. Hey Verizon could you at least buy me dinner?
